Shipping policy

Charmed by Muse offers standard and express shipping options via Royal Mail and DHL. We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders over £70 within the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. We only ship to these locations at this time. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 13:00 GMT will be handled on the following business day and shipped out that day, subject to product availability. Orders placed on weekends or British public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing, and only authorised and approved purchases will be shipped. Once an order is processed, express shipping takes 1-3 business days and standart shipping takes approximately 2-4 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Please note that all orders are meticulously handcrafted and will be shipped once they have been carefully crafted.
