Returns and Refunds Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. This period commences on the date of receipt of the item(s). To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the condition they were received—unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for all returns.

Once a return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to complete the return process. Please note that returns shipped back to us without prior authorisation will not be processed.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items carefully. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us immediately at info@charmedbymuse.com so we can assess the situation and take appropriate action to rectify any issues.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please be advised that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Charmed by Muse will gladly accept cancellations if requested within 3 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. Personalised items are non-returnable as they are custom-made specifically for you.
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
